01
Do I lose data when I replace my screen?
Screen repairs don't touch your storage — your data stays completely safe. The only exception is if there's water damage or severe board faults present, in which case we'd recommend backing up first.
02
How do I know if I need a new battery?
Fast drain, random shutdowns, swelling, or an iPhone Battery Health below 80% are classic signs. A fresh battery usually restores completely normal performance and feel.
💡 iPhone Battery Health below 80% = time to replace
03
I dropped my phone in water — what should I do?
Power off immediately, do not try to charge it, and bring it to us as soon as possible. Rice is unreliable — professional ultrasonic cleaning stops corrosion and saves components in ways a bag of rice simply cannot.
04
My phone isn't charging — is it the port or the battery?
We test with a known-good cable, inspect and clean the port, and run diagnostics to find the real culprit. Many cases turn out to be simple port cleaning or replacement rather than a battery issue — saving you money.
05
Will you access my photos or data?
Absolutely not — we respect your privacy completely. We only test the specific functions required for your repair. You're welcome to back up and sign out of accounts before handing in your device if you prefer extra peace of mind.
06
What parts do you use — OEM or aftermarket?
We fit premium-grade parts backed by warranty. Where OEM parts are available, we use them. Where they're not, we source the best quality alternatives suitable for your specific model — always disclosed upfront.
07
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome! Booking online guarantees you priority service and ensures we have your parts in stock — especially useful on busy days.
📅 Book online = no wait, parts guaranteed in stock
08
Is there a diagnostic fee if I don't go ahead?
Basic checks are typically free of charge. For complex board-level faults that require deeper investigation, a small diagnostic fee may apply — we'll always confirm this with you before proceeding.
09
How long do repairs take?
Many fixes are completed the same day. Typical times: screen replacement 45–90 min, battery 30–60 min, charge port 60–120 min. Water damage or board-level work may take 1–3 days depending on complexity.
10
What warranty do I get?
Most repairs come with a parts and labour warranty ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the part type. Physical damage, liquid damage, or third-party tampering after the repair are not covered.
11
Will True Tone, Face ID or Touch ID be affected?
We preserve all features wherever possible. Some models require calibration or programming to retain True Tone after a screen swap. Face ID and Touch ID security modules are paired to the logic board — they must remain original to function correctly.
12
Do I need to back up first?
It's always best practice. Use iCloud, Google Backup, or your computer. For critical data, or if you're bringing in a water-damaged or board-fault device, please back up before handing it in.
13
Any after-repair care tips?
Avoid moisture and heat for 24 hours to allow new seals to properly cure. Use a quality case and screen protector. New batteries may need a couple of full charge cycles to recalibrate and show accurate battery percentage.
14
Why can a quote change after diagnostics?
Hidden issues — such as water ingress, a bent frame, or board damage — can only be confirmed after opening and testing your device. We'll always call you first and will never proceed with any changes until you've approved the updated quote.
