It all started in 2005, when I first sent off my mobile to be repaired - it took 7 days! To spend so long away from it wasn’t just inconvenient, it was unnecessary. And so, my passion for fast, accessible and reliable phone repair began.
I worked day and night to personally learn the ins and outs of mobile phone repair, and to shorten that dreaded repair time. My team and I created our very own repair centre where we could provide a professional service, whilst keeping the interest of our customers as a top priority.
Located inside one of London’s busiest Underground stations, our family run business has now been providing this service to thousands of customers for more than 12 years. Ours was one of the first businesses to offer a ‘while you wait’ repair service, with many common repairs now being completed in just minutes!
